Tackle the most demanding surface preparation and material removal applications with JIEHE MACHINERY Floor Scarifier. Powered by an 13 HP Honda GX390 gas engine, the JHE-250 Model floor scarifier removes coatings and corrosion from concrete and delaminated surface, removes painted lines, roughens concrete and uneven joints or grooved profile for waterproofing and non-slip surface applications. The JHE-250 floor scarifier is also available with an electric motor - Model JHE-250E.

The floor scarifier JHE-250 has a 235mm/10” cutting width and 0-8mm/ 1/4” maximum cutting depth per pass. Depth control enables removal of surface materials without damaging the substrate, maximizing performance and extending cutter life. Other features include a handle wheel for operator control and integrated vacuum connection for dust-free scarifying.

JIEHE MACHINERY’S floor scarifier cutter is Tungsten Carbide Tipped(TCT) scarifier cutters, Their are very aggressive and designed for removing material such as pavement markings,epoxy coatings and waterproofing membranes.The average service life of JIEHE carbide cutters are from 4,000-6,000 square meters.
