We often encounter customers asking how to install blades. Here to share with you.
To use the walk-behind cutting machine also needs to have some basic knowledge. Only when you understand the basic knowledge you can carry out operation and other applications. Blind operation is strictly prohibited to cause harm.
Why should we replace the blade? Because when the circular saw blade is worn, it will leave traces on the concrete or asphalt surface, and the cutting speed is slow, burning out the motor, affecting the service life of the machine and working efficiency. Therefore, we should replace the blade in time to avoid dangerous accidents in the cutting process. So how to replace it?
1. When the cutting blade of the walk-behind cutting machine has notch, deformation or crack, it must be replaced. First, turn off the main power supply or remove the plug. Be foolproof.
2. Use a wrench of appropriate size to remove the bolts that fix the blade in place. Then find the position of the cutting blade transport shaft of the cutter. One end of the shaft is the cutting blade and the other end is the pulley. In the middle is the bearing housing.
3. In the middle of the bearing housing, a cylinder protrudes from the surface of the housing. This is the shaft locking device. Loosen and remove the fastening bolts of the cutting blade with an adjustable wrench. Remove the protective disc and gasket of the cutting blade in turn and the damaged cutting blade. Do not take out a protective disc inside, put the new cutting disc in, and then install the gasket and protective disc in turn. To stop the blade rotation, tighten the nut with a wrench.
4. Tighten the bolts.
